Clean My Coach - Indian Railway
Travelled in Kaviguru Express, No 12950. Washroom was in pathetic condition. Sent message on the http://cleanmycoach.com . Within half an hour problem resolved. It was in bad state for more than ten hours. People see problem and ignore. When I witnessed then I complained.
P.S. If there is no onboard housekeeping then till next station problem may be unresolved. It may not be available on some route. Then Twitter is the option.
